Questions about group activities in Barcelona
We answer the most frequent doubts of our clients.
What is the maximum number of people?
We have developed packages for groups from 6 people to 12 people, but we are able to organize any activity for much larger groups and to measure, you just have to contact us.
Where does the activity start?
The activity begins on the shore of the Lake, we will have all the material ready to go out and enjoy, our location is very easy to find, it is just over an hour from Barcelona, very close to the city of Berga.
How long are we in the water?
The time in the water will depend on the number of people and the activity package that has been contracted, but the normal thing for all activities is to spend between 2 to 3 hours in the water.
Can the activity be canceled?
The activity can be canceled up to 48 hours before it. If the cancellation is due to weather conditions, we will offer a new date or refund the entire amount paid.
Are there any essential requirements?
The only requirements are to be 16 years old, know how to swim, have ID or passport and come with the confirmed reservation.
Who can enjoy this activity?
We recommend being in good physical condition to practice water sports. However, it is not recommended for people in a wheelchair, pregnant or suffering from back problems.
